Iran begins 20% uranium enrichment today

Iran has begun its 20% uranium enrichment process today at Natanz enrichment facility, where nuclear UN watchdog is supervising the process; 120 kg of the 20% is going to be used to create medical elements, but it is predicted to run out soon.

This is subsequent to Iran previously informing the IAEA of its plans to start uranium enrichment this past week; as Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had stated that the reasons behind this was to insure demands for his country's cancer patients.
